1. Payment Processing
All payments for AFES registration are processed via Maya. Please note that a service fee is automatically deducted by Maya before the payment is remitted to AFES event organizers.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are considered final and non-refundable but transferable.
3. Changes to the Event
The RVR Center reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or schedule without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle the registrant to a refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of the use of the payment platform or any changes to the event.
